Young turks, new blood, updated education, and a folder full of training certificates make for early retirement of the grumpy and graying executives of the old school.:) Those and the ability to wear plaid-on-plaid. :):):)

I think its awesome because it gives hope to those who are younger. It shows that you can become rich young in life if you work hard.
