Looks very extreme..but I think such steps have become necessary considering the rise in such incidents!!...A sexmaniac would probably be more afraid of castration rather than jail!

Child molesters must be dealt with severely. However, I don’t believe in violating the human body in the name of Justice. In my opinion, an eye for an eye rule isn’t viable in a modern society

Honestly, I was very shocked when Governor Jindal made the statmement but then I think of people that I know that have been raped and it makes me angry. They have nightmares and many fears as a result of being victimized in such a heinous manner.
